The World’s Most Powerful Force? People, United.

An estimated 24.9 million victims are trapped in modern-day slavery. Yet today, we are witnessing the beginning of a movement against this dark and taboo criminal enterprise. People just like you are rallying for support. Volunteers are rolling up their sleeves and getting to work. Our life’s work is taking hold.

Be A Part of the Haven Home Program

The Haven Home Program offers survivors a warm, welcoming family environment. Unlike customary foster families - Haven Home families agree to take in only one survivor, over 18 years of age. Families work together with Lifeboat Project professionals to help survivors recover and find healthy independence. If you would like to explore the possibility of becoming a Haven Home contact info@thelifeboatproject.org. Haven Home families receive training and support, submit to a background check, and provide personal references.

Welcome Volunteers

Interested in joining the Lifeboat Project family? We have a place for you. Volunteers attend a one-day training session, provide personal references, and agree to a background check. For more information contact Volunteer Coordinator, Micheala Edwards at michaela@thelifeboatproject.org

Our Speakers Are Raising Awareness, and It’s Working.

The Lifeboat Project offers a team of passionate professional speakers on a mission to inspire others to help end human trafficking. Local or national venues, at school, church, or community events - we’re available to help audiences develop a real understanding of the magnitude of this modern evil.

Where Do You Fit In?

The Lifeboat Project depends on passionate people to help victims return to wholeness. We need voices willing to help build awareness. Families to volunteer to be a part of the Haven Home Program. And donations from organizations, government, and individuals near and far.
